The outside box is compostable and recyclable cardboard

The plastic film surrounding the panels can be recycled with shopping bags at most area grocery stores

*the insulating liner is not recyclable, but can be composted, used as a firestarter or washed down the sink. Will safely biodegrade in landfills.
