All-Akaushi Beef Sausage

Our all-Akaushi sausage is made using a 100-year-old family spice blend! It comes in approximately 1-pound packs of 4 sausages, and is available in two varieties: plain and jalapeño-cheddar. They are only smoked, so they must be cooked before eating.
