Filet Mignon

The Nester Ranch Filet Mignon is unsurpassed for being incredibly tender, savory and rich.  Filet Mignon is known for its butteriness, and the Nester Ranch filet is even more delectable because of its beautiful marbling.  Great for the grill, it is also simple to cook in the kitchen: sear it in a hot cast iron pan to caramelize the meat and create a rich golden brown crust, then finish it in the oven to the temperature you prefer.
