Stir-Fry Beef

Nester Ranch Wagyu Stir-Fry is a great go-to on those busy nights when you want something healthy, but don’t want to spend a lot of time over the stove.  Sear and cook the Stir-Fry meat over medium high heat in a wok or skillet while moving it around the pan.  Then remove the meat, pop some precut veggies in the skillet along with soy sauce, garlic, ginger and your other favorite seasonings.  Place the meat back in the pan and voila!  Dinner is ready.  Offered in 1 lb. packages.
